Clients are required to read and accept these terms and conditions prior to booking
WORKING DAY
Stanley’s Models “Working Day” is 8 hours - either 9am until 5pm or 10am until 6pm. Models can also be booked for a “Half-Day” rate of 4 hours, either in the morning or afternoon. It is not permitted to book 4 hours in the middle of the day as this will unfairly restrict the model from working on another assignment in the same day. Once a model has worked 15 minutes past the last hour, an overtime fee of one hour will be automatically added. Each model is entitled to a 20 minute break every 4 hours. Evening and night work is always by negotiation.
EXPENSES
Stanley's Model Management is based in the East Midlands and clients will not be charged travel expenses for work located in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. Car parking fees must be paid by the client. Outside this catchment area, travel expenses will be charged.
PERMITTED USAGE
Unless agreed in writing, the permitted use for photographs is for editorial, and experimental work only. It is the client’s responsibility to negotiate additional rates for any other usage including point of sales, posters, packaging, swing tags, video, DVD and CD covers and all other display materials.
No model’s photographs may be used for any of the above unless a fee has been agreed with the agency.

Stanley's Model Management will not add an agency fee.
PAYMENT
All bookings must be confirmed in writing by fax or email. Payment is due 28 days from the date of invoice and can be made by Cheque, BACs or Credit Card. New and Overseas Clients, or any client requiring a high commitment of work from the Agency, will be asked for a deposit.
Late payment will incur a 10% surcharge. Outstanding debts will be passed on to a debtor collection agency - Messrs. S. Reed & Partners – and the person who made the booking will be subject to all other costs incurred in obtaining settlement.
COMPLAINTS
In the event of a client being unhappy with the work being carried out by Stanley’s models or agency, it is vital that notification of the issue is made in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Should a client be unhappy on the day of work, Stanley's must be notified by telephone and they will make an immediate effort to replace the model. Complaints cannot be considered unless these actions have been complied with. |
